What is "Take it Away"?
The take-it-away scheme was bought about by the Arts Council,as a means of enabling more people to afford to take up a musical instrument.

How does it work?
Basically,it is interest free credit,and you can borrow between £100 and £2000. This is split into 10 payments. You pay the first payment as a deposit,and then the following 9 payments are made monthly by direct debit payments from your bank or building society account.

How do I apply?
This depends on whether you fill in the form in-store, or by mail order.
Either way, we take down various details about you and fill in a form which is phoned through to the finance company.If they approve the loan,you pay the deposit by credit or debit card,sign the forms and take the goods. If you live far from our store, we ask for your details over the phone and fill in the form and get it approved.You pay the deposit via credit card over the phone,and the forms are sent to you to sign and return.The goods are then sent to you.

Who Can Apply?
The criteria is as follows....

You must be 18 years or older
A permanent UK resident
Work at least 16 hours per week
Hold a credit/debit card,as well as a bank or building society account capable of
handling direct debit payments
